Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

 

How to : 

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a 12-cup jumbo muffin tin.
  3. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in Cheddar.
  4. Add yogurt, eggs, and melted butter; stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into the prepared muffin cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the tops just start to lightly brown, 18 to 20 minutes.

 

 

Banana Bread

 

Ingredients : 

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

 

How to : 

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine the bananas, sugar, egg, and butter. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking soda, then stir it into the banana mixture until just combined.
  3. Add in the salt, then pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

 

 

Oreo Mini Cheesecakes

 

Ingredients : 

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 packet of Oreo

 

How to :

  1. Move the oven rack to the middle tier and preheat the oven to 175°C. Line 24 mini-muffin cups with miniature paper liners.
  2. Beat cream cheese, eggs, and sugar together in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Put 1 cookie into the bottom of each paper liner. Spoon cream cheese mixture atop cookies.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until nearly set in the middle, about 15 minutes.
  5. Move tins to a wire rack to cool slightly before refrigerating until the cheesecake layer sets firmly, about 3 hours.

 

 

Breakfast Tortilla Pizza

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 (10-inch) tortilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup total assorted toppings, such as cheese, hot sauce, cooked meat or veggies

 

How to :

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.  
  2. Rub butter along the bottom and sides of an 8 or 9 inch cake pan.  Press the tortilla down into the buttered pan and against the sides. 
  3. Crack each egg next to each other on the tortilla.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add desired toppings evenly on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until egg whites are set and the tortilla has become lightly browned and toasted along the edges and bottom, 13 to 15 minutes.
