Preserving the true meaning of celebration through food and culture consisting of a vibrant mixture of flavours and aromas, over 70 traditional and specialty dishes can be savoured with family and loved ones at home, delivered directly to diners’ doorsteps.

The signature dishes consist of a whole Grilled Lamb marinated with herbs and spices and grilled to perfection for three (3) hours, the Gulai Itik Salai – a signature dish from Kuala Pilah which is Smoked Duck in Gulai Lemak Cili Api prepared with a spicy and sour gravy, Deep-fried Soft Shell Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk and Red Snapper Fish Head Curry with assorted Vegetables. Other dishes in the a la carte menu include the Seafood Platter, Grilled Lamb Shoulder with Lemongrass Percik Sauce, Lamb Shank Briyani Rice, Grilled Barramundi or Pompano Fish, Traditional Malay Oxtail Soup and more.
