Decked in forest green and gold festive baubles, Christmas trees and garlands filled with glittering fairy lights, capture the true spirit of the season as you step into our Grand Lobby and the restaurant.
A RAMSAY CHRISTMAS

Christmas is all about traditions; from the warm and fuzzy decorations to singing along with carollers to your favourite Christmas songs and sharing a special meal with loved ones, there will be no shortage of Christmas spirit at the most anticipated restaurant in Asia.
Diners will be presented with an exquisite 5-course festive set menu, using only the freshest ingredients that the season has to offer. Upon arrival, canapés of Uni on Crab Toast, Niçoise Salad on Tomato and Citrus Salmon will be served. For starters, there are the Artichoke Salad, Beetroot-cured Salmon and Chicken Liver Parfait. Diners can then choose either the Butter-poached Murray River Cod, a tender Angus Rib Eye with Butter-poached Lobster or the Classic Beef Wellington, served with Butternut Squash, Pomme Purée and Brussels Sprouts on the side, and to finish, nothing says Christmas is here without a Traditional Christmas Pudding! Adjourn to the bar or the lounge thereafter for a selection of Cheese accompanied by fine wine from our cellar.
A wine pairing menu is available, pairing each dish perfectly with selections including Château Le Merle Blanc, Jean-Claude Boisset 1er Cru Pinot Noir and Alión Vega Sicilia. Vegans will also appreciate and enjoy a meatless menu especially curated for the festive celebration.

THE ULTIMATE COUNTDOWN
31st December 2022
Ring in the new year with a glamorous countdown party at Kuala Lumpur’s luxurious new restaurant. Rozz, Poovaa and Dasha are all set to enthral diners with their vocal-intensive performance and at midnight, dinner will have an unobstructed view of the spectacular fireworks display over the lagoon, followed by live deejay spinning into a memorable start for the new year.
An exclusive 7-course set menu, will be served. To begin celebrations for the evening, diners will enjoy some of Chef Ramsay’s special canapés including the Uni on Crab Toast, Beef Tartare and Citrus Salmon. For starters the Oyster with Seaweed Beurre Blanc and Caviar, Lobster Croustillant and our signature Arnold Bennett Twice-baked Soufflé, mains will be a choice between the Dover Sole Grenobloise and the Classic Beef Wellington. Ending the meal on a sweet note is the 64% Manjari Chocolate Tart and a selection of Cheese.
For reservations in the Main Dining Room, the New Year’s Eve dinner is served at 8:00pm, priced at MYR1,888.00 per person, including a bottle of Champagne for every 2 persons. Additionally, at The Lounge and Bar, for per table of 4 persons priced at MYR3,888.00 will receive free-flowing canapés, one (1) seafood tower with fresh oysters, one (1) bottle of Champagne and one (1) bottle of house pouring Spirit.
GORDON’S GREATEST COCKTAILS
Specially curated for the season are three Christmas cocktails, available from 1st December to kickstart the celebrations. Nothing says Christmas quite like the traditional Mulled Wine – fruity and tart with a tinge of sweet notes, served warm and bursting with flavours from traditional Christmas spices and a hint of brandy. Rudolph has floral notes with touch of bourbon, fresh and spicy on the nose with a hint of Mediterranean herbs, while the Nut Cracker is sweet and sour, with notes of rich toasted hazelnut flavours with aromas of nutmeg and star anise.

For an exceptional magical festive flair, guests can discover a trio of private spaces – 8 Mayfair, 10 Soho and 12 Chelsea – which will set the stage for an intimate yet exquisite celebration. 8 Mayfair is a chic private room for eight guests to unwind in style, with refined leather armchairs, floor-to-ceiling windows and even a direct path to the wine cellar. With its social red leather sofas, 10 Soho is a show-stopping private room that can welcome ten diners, while 12 Chelsea offers twelve guests front row seats to the talented chefs’ kitchen theatrics.
