Chef Dexter’s signature dish, Low Pressure Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek with Red Yeast Rice & Herbs, blends tradition with innovation. His festive menu includes signature Yee Sang variations with Abalone, Hokkaido Scallop, and Akemi Tuna Sashimi with Truffle Oil, along with symbolic dim sum such as Golden Lava Buns for prosperity and Steamed Fish Balls for unity—all crafted with the finest ingredients and presented with artistic flair.
In addition to our exquisite culinary offerings, we will be hosting a series of engaging cultural activities to immerse guests in the rich traditions of Chinese New Year.
