The holy month of Ramadan is here and to celebrate this month full of blessings, the team at Le Quadri KL is turning up the heat this year! This time, they’re taking you on a culinary adventure with “Kembara Selera Asia”, a journey through Asia’s rich and diverse flavours. Prepare for a feast like no other, with an exciting spread of mouthwatering dishes crafted to make this Ramadhan truly an unforgettable experience!
From 7 March till 29 March 2025, a fabulous and mouth-watering selection will be prepared on Fridays & Saturdays at only RM118nett per adult; while children and senior citizens will pay RM68nett. This price is indeed a worthwhile treat for family, friends & corporate business partners especially having seen the huge & tasty spread that was prepared recently for an introduction and sampling session.
To make it even more enticing, one may purchase the Early Bird deal at only RM88 nett for Adults and RM60 nett for Children and Senior Citizens -available until 7 March 2025.
The Culinary Team under the leadership of Chef Ahjoy in the kitchen and Mohd Ariffudin in the forefront, have put in a lot of thought and crafting where the menu will have favourites from all over Asia.
On 5th February, a preview of the whole affair was held where guests were taken through the Exotic Middle East, Enchanting Indonesia, Fascinating Japan, Incredible India, Stunning Malaysia & Exciting China. From these various countries, one got to savour specials, delicacies and must-haves.
The trail which began in the Middle East had the Lamb Mandi and some of the Middle Eastern dips and breads. The journey continued to Indonesia, featuring the rich flavours of Makassar-style Beef Rendang, Udang Bakar, and Indonesian Chicken Skewers. From there, the exploration ventured to the Far East, where Assorted Sushi became a crowd favoriteThere was also very juicy tender Teriyaki Chicken. Heading on to India, there was the coconut milk appam (traditional pancakes from the South), with chicken varuval and the General Manager’s family recipe of Kerala Tuna Cutlets. How could one resist the Tandoori items – a must-have!
From our homeland, it was stunning indeed! Malaysia proudly presented Nyonya Chicken Curry, Black Pepper Lamb Stew & Seabass Masak Lemak – leaving a distinct aftertaste on the palate. Before the desserts, Chinese Roast Duck and Yong Tau Foo were served. There was also a noodle counter with Mee Rebus for the noodle lovers – so aromatic!
When asked why this theme of “Kembara Selera Asia” was selected, Peter Padman, General Manager replied that it was time for a change. Customers look for something different each time.

To make the Holy Month of Ramadhan more memorable & meaningful, the Le Quadri KL’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project this year will be the contribution towards an orphanage in Cheras. There will be a hut (pondok) which was aptly named “TERATAK KASIH” by the Vice-Chancellor and President of UCSI University, Datuk Dr Ir Siti Hamisah. Generous contributions such as milk powder, rice and canned food from guests, employees and members of the local community will be collected for the underprivileged children simply to give them a memorable Hari Raya celebration. The public is urged to contribute towards this good cause. The collection will be sent to the ASRAMA RUMAH JALINAN KASIH by 25 March 2025.
