School of Tomorrow – The World’s Premier Schools & Societies Conference Returns

The world’s premier international ‘schools and societies’ focused Event Series, School of Tomorrow, returns this month as it hopes to offer fresh insights into the global education sector during and beyond these tumultuous times through an impressive virtual gathering of decision makers, thought leaders, and trailblazers from around the globe.

School of Tomorrow: A World of Tomorrow: Negotiating a Better Future is the 11th edition of the Event Series and will take place from 10 to 12 July 2020.

The 3-day fully digital conference will be made available for free to the public and is set to draw an audience of over 500,000 from across the globe.

Speaking about the conference, Kasim Kasuri, CEO of the host organization Beaconhouse, said :

“The Covid-10 pandemic presents an unprecedented opportunity to us to reimagine a response in which we all flourish as unique individuals held together by the tapestries of our cultures, traditions and conjoined history. The international conference features over 70 speakers including leaders of major global organizations – with a special message from Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the World Health Organisation.

Other key speakers include Andreas Schleicher, the OECD’s Head of Education and Skills, Dr Roger Schank, AI researcher & revisionist educator, Dr Siva Kumari, Director General of the International Baccalaureate, Maggie Atkinson, former Children’s Commissioner for England and Wales, Dr Ger Graus OBE, Global Director of Education at KidZania, Lord Jim Knight, former UK Minister of State of Schools and Takaharu Tezuka, award-winning, visionary education architect, amongst many others (full list of speakers at www.sotevents.com).

Over the course of 3 days, these leaders will share insights and strategies across 21 highly pertinent sessions focused on the future of youth, education, and societies.
