True to her signature style, Jessica preserves and enhances the natural sweetness of whole fruits by adding carefully selected layers of flavours.
Needless to say, each piece takes guests on a journey through Jessica’s universe. Chef works with seasonal, locally sourced produce, exploring and celebrating the best ingredients available in England, as well as experimenting with unexpected pairings to disrupt the classic British tradition of Afternoon Tea to create a sensorial experience. Afternoon Tea at The St. Regis Venice
The St. Regis Venice presents its own version of the afternoon tea ritual as an avant-garde experience in collaboration with Ginori 1735 that invites guests to experience exclusive porcelain sets from the Off-White™ c/o Ginori 1735 and Oriente Italiano collections.
Guests get to choose their preferred tea blend that is then served in a matching Ginori tea set alongside a delectable menu of Italian tramezzini, scones, chocolate tartlets, cream puffs, and assorted pralines courtesy of the hotel’s Executive Chef Giuseppe Ricci. Guests can also peruse a cart of seasonal desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Leonardo Calieri, featuring carnival sweets this season. The Tea Ritual is offered every Friday afternoon from 3:00 PM to 5 PM at The St. Regis Venice.

Afternoon Tea at The Standard Bangkok
Tease tearoom at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon has partnered with Thailand’s favourite chocolatier Pridi Cacaofevier. For two months, from August 1 to September 30 2023, Tease x Pridi Afternoon Tea will be serving a riot of cocoa in limited-edition sweet and savory creations.
The menu’s savoury section features several unexpected and delightful pairings: Macarons with Pridi Black Magic 75% and Foie Gras; Iberico and Blackberry Brioche with Pridi Hall of Flame 80%; and Duck Party Pie with Pridi Lady Lanna 80%, among others. The sweet afternoon pick-me-up selection is just as dreamy.
Tease x Pridi Afternoon Tea is available from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. and is priced at THB 980++ per set per person.
