For many of us who have work from home while caring for our children, the tasks are endless and challenging.

And hence, we’re going to focus on “Mindful Yoga”.

Mindful yoga helps children learn how to focus, relax, and both self-monitor and self-soothe. These activities enable our children to jumpstart the day with energy and excitement―and meet the adventures that come with mindfulness and perspective.

Adapted from the book “Good Morning Yoga”, this step-by-step guide introduces simple and effective yoga poses that warms the body and awakens your senses.
