Wellness. What does wellness mean to you? Some say it’s the process of becoming aware and making choices towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. In other words, it’s the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to achieve better physical and mental health. Wellness for our children is just the same. As parents, we always want the best for our children and to keep them healthy and happy.
This can be done by keeping the house clean to prevent germs and viruses from lurking around, removing chemical gases and harmful pollutants to keep the air safe and encourage creativity to stimulate their brain and promote good mental health. These sorts of habits and activities are crucial in bringing up a healthy and happy child.
Let’s see some of the other things that keep children happy.
Cedric, 9 years old
“I’m happy when I’m playing my keyboard and drawing.”

Raynor Sim Jun Nuo, 3 years old
“I’m happy when I win a trophy.”

Emil Shah, 6 years old
“I’m happy when my friends are not sick and can play with me.”

Isabelle Lee, 4 years old
“I’m happy when I’m pretty.”

Hannah, 6 years old
“I’m happy when I’m a superhero and rescue people.”

Clarissa, 7 years old
“I’m happy when I’m singing and dancing.”

Ezra Alrizqi, 5 years old

Looks like we’re happiest when we’re healthy and having fun! As a Wellness Blobby, I truly believe wellness is happiness.
