Overnight Oats with Kurma

Ingredients
½ cup Anlene Low Fat Yoghurt – Plain
½ cup rolled oats
2/3 cup Anlene Concentrate UHT – Original
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons Kurma, chopped finely
Preparation
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into a jar with tight fitting lid. Keep in fridge until it becomes thick like pudding, preferably overnight. Top the overnight oats with Kurma or fresh fruits of your choice, some granola or coconut flakes as desired. Best served chilled.
