Activity for Kids (Part 4)- Finger Painting Art

Activity for Kids (Part 4)- Finger Painting Art

Being home-bound can be increasingly stressful as we move into the second week of our nation-wide Movement Control Order (MCO).

We pray that things will really get better soon, and for all our families and loved ones to remain safe and healthy.

Today’s instalment will be focusing on “Mindfulness”.

Practicing mindfulness is incredibly empowering for our children. It can help them better manage stress and anxiety especially during this trying times. These activities are also designed to bring calmness and allows them to appreciate being in the present moment.

Art is a natural way to practice mindfulness. The colours, textures and sounds of creating the art pulls us into the moment.
