Ladies, Ready for a Wellness Reset? Women Wellness Festival 2026 Is Back This October!

What if your weekend plans involved less scrolling and more moving, learning, laughing, and simply feeling good?

That is the spirit behind the Women Wellness Festival, founded by Diane Chia, Raja Jesrina Arshad and Sarah Lian. Following two sold-out editions, the festival is returning this October with even more ways to pause, connect and invest in your wellbeing, bringing a community of around 2,000 people together for a weekend dedicated to feeling good from the inside out.

The festival will take over Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown on 3 and 4 October 2026, running from 9 am to 6 pm each day. Across five zones and two floors, visitors can explore more than 50 workshops, talks, panels and hands-on sessions, with activities moving between bright indoor spaces and the open air.

From conversations that get you thinking to hands-on experiences that get you moving, there is plenty to dip into at your own pace. And it is not just for women. Men are welcome too, making the festival an open space for anyone looking to learn, connect and make a little more room for wellness in everyday life.

Coming back for another round or joining for the first time? This year’s festival is set to be the biggest one yet.

The festival will be officially launched on 3 October by YB Hannah Yeoh, who returns to officiate for a second consecutive year. She is joined by a line-up of women who have shaped their fields, including squash icon Datuk Nicol David, 2X HYROX World Champion Hannah Prescott, Fitness Master Trainer Allisha Azlan, Asia’s Top Leader Dr Jillian Yeoh and Women’s Financial Advocate Rejina Rahim.

Three friends built the Women Wellness Festival, each bringing a different strength to the table. For Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village, the festival is about wellbeing at every stage of life. “Wellness is not something reserved for one season of life. Every stage has its own kind of vitality, and this festival is where women can rediscover that for themselves, whatever age they are and wherever they are on their journey,” she said.

Now in its third year, the festival has refined everything it offers. The team has hand-picked speakers, facilitators and instructors from across Malaysia and the region, choosing depth over volume so that every session feels worth your time. The result is a programme that spans the full picture of wellbeing, from movement and mindfulness to the conversations women do not always get to have out loud, including a first-time focus on financial wellness. The festival includes more than 50 workshops, talks and sessions, plus five zones across two floors, indoors and out, designed so attendees can move naturally between learning, movement, connection and rest.

For Jesrina Arshad, Founder and CEO of PurelyB, that growth is what makes the festival special. “What began as an idea has grown into something women return to year after year. I hope that everyone who walks in leaves feeling stronger in themselves and reconnected to the kind of natural, rooted wellbeing that has always been part of who we are,” she said.

This year marks a new chapter for the setting too, with the festival held for the first time at Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur, with KL Midtown as its official venue partner. The move gives the festival room to grow, bringing together the comfort of a world-class hotel and the warmth of a community gathering. From the workshops indoors to the calm of the poolside, the setting has been chosen to help every attendee feel looked after from the moment they arrive. That sense of belonging is exactly what the festival was created for, as Sarah Lian, Founder of Supparetreat, explained. “The magic of this festival has always been the room full of people who show up for one another. We have created spaces to pause, to talk honestly, and to belong, and this year there is more room than ever to do exactly that,” she said.
