In a vibrant and joyous celebration, Beaconhouse Preschool Gasing recently marked the successful launch of its initiatives. The event unveiled the introduction of the innovative International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and also highlighted various enhancements to the preschool’s facilities, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
The launch was a spectacle of delight, laughter, and memorable experiences. Respective guests, including Pn. Majeedah, Principal Assistant Director of the Marketing and Communications Unit at the Ministry of Education Malaysia, and Pn. Wan Athirah, Assistant Director of the same unit, graced the event. Their presence, along with representatives from the local council, media, and other attendees, added to the event’s grandeur and significance.
Mr. Basit Humayun, Regional Director for Southeast Asia at Beaconhouse Malaysia, took the stage to emphasise the institution’s commitment to excellence. “Our students deserve nothing less than excellence. Let us reaffirm our commitment to reinvesting in our schools as we embrace this new IEYC curriculum,” he shared. Mr Basit expressed his full confidence in the curriculum’s ability to equip students with resilience and confidence, preparing them to thrive in an ever-evolving world.

Games, face painting, balloon sculpting, a bouncy castle, and delectable food truck treats created a carnival-like atmosphere. Guests also had the opportunity to explore the newly renovated outdoor play area, designed to stimulate children’s exploration, imagination, and sensory development.
