Mas Mahathir, Co-Founder of MicFront Public Speaking Franchise – a Parents’ Choice Awards 2025 winner, has once again brought glory to Malaysia by securing 2nd Place at the World Championship of Public Speaking (WCPS) 2025, organised by Toastmasters International that was held in Philadelphia, USA, on August 23, 2025.

Dubbed the “Olympics of Public Speaking,” the WCPS draws more than 30,000 contestants from 144 countries each year, with only 8 reaching the World Finals. There, Mahathir impressed the global stage with his commanding presence and heartfelt storytelling, securing the coveted title of World No. 2.

This triumph builds on his remarkable consistency—having been a Semifinalist four times, a Finalist twice, and in 2022, the first Malaysian to clinch 3rd Place, a record that stood as the nation’s best finish until his latest success.

“Standing on the world stage and carrying Malaysia’s name is both humbling and empowering. This journey proves that Malaysians can shine globally with the right voice, story, and determination,” said Mahathir after his win.
